Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the UK and regional HR strategy, aligning with global business objectives and local market dynamics

  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness and culture development

  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational design, compensation & benefits, and compliance

  • Design and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a competitive technology landscape

  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and foster a values-based, inclusive workplace culture

  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and implement best practices in employee relations and labor standards

  • Utilize data-driven insights and HR analytics to influence strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead complex change management efforts and support business transformation and growth initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global HR leaders and departments to ensure consistency and scalability of HR programs


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or director-level role

  • Proven track record in driving people strategies within a large, fast-paced, and matrixed organization (experience in the tech sector preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR compliance standards, and employee relations

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and drive impact at executive and operational levels

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a people-first mindset

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
